The Cappadocia Vocational School Tourist Guidance Program offers an application-oriented education that enables rapid employment in the sector. The program provides specialization in topics such as regional culture, history, geography, and field guidance. Graduates are able to provide professional guidance by obtaining a kokart approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

The Bachelor's Degree Programme in Tourism Guidance of the School of Applied Sciences is a comprehensive educational model developed for students who wish to deepen in their field.

The University of Cappadocia is authorized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey to organize a tour to practice tourist guidance . Under this mandate, the university organizes practice trips in order to enable students to experience their theoretical knowledge in the field. These trips cover natural, cultural and historical sites in different parts of Turkey, allowing students to develop their guiding skills, observe destination management on the spot, and gain professional guiding practice.
